If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

  • Where do you deliver?
    We deliver across Victor Harbor, Port Elliot, Goolwa and to outer surrounding areas by prior arrangement (Please contact us first before placing an order that is outside of our regular delivery area). We also now delivery to Yankalilla and Normanville area every Firday. If unsure, send us a message and we will do our best to help you out.
  • What days can I purchase flowers in store from Morgan Park Garden Centre?
    Our flower stall is currently not being stocked at Morgan Park Garden Centre. But we do take online orders and provide the opportunity to select free next day click and collect from the Garden Centre. Whichever bunch you order will then be cut fresh and made up for you, and ready for collection the following day.
  • If I order online, do I have to pay for delivery?"
    You are welcome to choose the "pickup" option which is free. Once the flowers have been put together, you can pick them up from behind the desk at from Morgan Park Garden Centre- saving you delivery fees.
  • When is cut off for orders?
    Cut off for next day delivery is 10:30pm. If you are after a last minute bunch of flowers and need same day delivery or pickup, please get in contact first and if we can make it happen, we will.
  • Do you have a phone number?
    We are a small business and only operate the flower sector part time. Therefore we do not have a shop front or business contact number, but we do work hard to respond quickly and efficiently to all emails.
  • When do you deliver?
    We deliver 6 days a week, Monday through to Saturday. If you do need flowers delivered on Sunday, please contact us before placing your order. If we are able to, we will make it happen!
  • What time are your deliveries?
    This varies from day to day depending on the number and location of orders. But anytime between 9-5 pm. If you have a required time frame, please get in touch with us to arrange as we always do our best to meet delivery time requests when possible.
  • Can I preorder?
    Yes! please do as this will ensure you do not miss out. The website will only provide you with the following 5 days of delivery options. If you are wanting a date after this for delivery or pickup, just include it in your delivery notes. Once we get your order and see your special request, we will contact you to let you know that we have seen it and have taken note of it in our diary.
